I used trailspotters to shuttle from the Grand Sable visitors center to my starting point on the North Country Trail in Pictured Rocks. Unfortunately there was a glitch on the reservation website and the shuttle didn't show up until an hour and a half after it was supposed to. Tom (the owner) apologized and gave me a full refund and the driver who eventually showed up was courteous and professional so I can't complain too much.
